Grow Wild With Us This Summer!

Wildlings Summer Camps are designed for curious, potty-trained children ages 3-6 who love to explore, create, build, imagine, and grow wild outdoors.

This year’s camp lineup includes a wide variety of themed weeks fit for just about every kind of wildling!

Unlike our regular Forest School classes, summer camps are registered weekly rather than daily. Each week is designed as one connected adventure, with each day building upon the one before it and leading up to a special end-of-week celebration, project, or themed experience every Friday.

If a camp appears full, don’t hesitate to reach out. Waitlists are available whenever possible.

June 1st - 5th

During Tool Time Camp, Wildlings will be introduced to real, functional tools in a safe, guided, and age-appropriate way.

Each day, we will explore a new tool while building practical, hands-on skills rooted

in creativity, construction, and bushcraft.

As the week unfolds, each day builds upon the next, allowing Wildlings to grow in confidence and independence.

By the end of camp, every child will take home their very own toolbox filled with tools they know how to use safely

and confidently.

Shark Week @

Maximo Park

June 8th - 12th

This year, we are offering two separate shark weeks to give more Wildlings the chance to join the adventure, one at Maximo Park in St. Pete, and one at Philippe Park in Safety Harbor.

Throughout the week, Wildlings will explore the world of sharks, learning about species found in Pinellas waters and beyond, their anatomy, their diets, and how we can help protect them.

By the end of camp, Wildlings will leave with minds full of shark knowledge and a deeper appreciation for these incredible ocean predators.

June 29th - july 3rd

Splashing up on the shores of Philippe Park, this second week of Shark Week camp is sure to be just as JAWsome as the first!

Wildlings will continue to explore the world of sharks, learning about even more species found in our local waters and beyond. By the end of camp, Wildlings will leave with minds full of shark knowledge and a deeper appreciation for these incredible ocean predators.

Because our program is child-led, no two days or weeks are ever exactly the same.

The experience is guided by the Wildlings’ interests and discoveries, so there is absolutely no harm in joining us for both weeks.

Pirates of Pinellas

july 6th - 10th

This year, we're expanding the pirate adventure across the county with two camp weeks, one at Maximo Park and another at Philippe Park, giving more Wildlings the opportunity to learn and grow wild through this exciting theme.

Throughout the week, Wildlings will explore the history and legends of pirates connected to Pinellas County, including José Gaspar and other local tales. We will study maps of Pinellas County, search for places pirates may have visited, and keep a close eye on our surroundings.

We'll wrap the week up on Friday with an epic Pirate treasure hunt, complete with jewels and gold coins for each Wildling pirate to take home.

july 13th - 17th

Arrrrr second week of Pirate camp will dock at Philippe Park, a particularly pleasant place for young pirates to explore!

Each day will be filled with imaginative play and hands-on pirate-themed adventures, along with plenty of free play and time to connect in the Florida sunshine.

Because our program is child-led, no two days or weeks are ever exactly the same. The experience is guided by the Wildlings’ interests and discoveries, so there is absolutely no harm in joining us for both weeks.

This creative camp will have us diving into all things art and expression!

Each day, Wildlings will explore a different artistic process using a variety of materials and tools, creating open-ended, one-of-a-kind masterpieces inspired by their own ideas and the natural world around them.

By the end of the week, Wildlings will leave with a collection of meaningful creations and a deeper confidence in their creativity and self-expression.

july 27th - 31st

Florida’s landscape holds ancient stories. Once covered by water, our region is rich with fossils, and many of the plants we see today trace back to the time of the dinosaurs!

Throughout the week, Wildlings will explore the fascinating world of dinosaurs, learning about different species, where and when they lived, what they ate, and how they survived.

Each day will include hands-on discovery, including opportunities to dig for fossils, explore dino-themed art invitations, and engage in imaginative prehistoric play. By the end of the week, Wildlings will leave with a deeper understanding of prehistoric life and a sense of wonder for the ancient world around them.

Wildling Adventures 101 is all about building the foundational skills Wildlings need to explore the outdoors safely and confidently.

Throughout the week, children will be introduced to essential outdoor skills like orienteering (map reading), brush shelter building, and other nature-based techniques that support safe and meaningful exploration.

Along the way, we will deepen our connection to both ourselves and the natural world, learning how to carry ourselves with awareness, confidence, and care.
